The educational condition of the tribal is a matter of awareness, as they suffer the maximum degree of educational hardship. The percentage of the tribal literacy rate has been limited compared to the other sections of the population. It is due to the incident that the tribal have historically been isolated and suffered from centuries of carelessness, which has kept them distant from their development in the mainstream, Also the government programs have not reached them properly.
Incapable to afford primary human needs like water, food, and shelter, parents are left with no alternative but to catapult their kids into the same unfair system of child labor that they have grown up in. Few can barely save wages and allow their child into a school, hence living a life of conflict and injustice.
The awareness and efforts of aspirants focus on reinforcing the tribal school admission at the primary level to a higher level and reducing school drop-out rates, especially for girls. We believe that education is the object to breaking the rhythm of poverty.
Education program Shiksha Vikas Kendra focuses on ensuring education for the school dropouts and underprivileged in tribal sections and enables people to demand quality education from the Government.
Aspirants’ education runs Shiksha Vikas Kendra in places where the quality of education is either discouraged or unavailable. Shiksha Vikas Kendra is a single classroom with one-teacher school administering learning up to 6th grade. Aspirant conducts surveys to check the element of existing education techniques, condition of the tribe, and continuous communications with the tribal villagers every day. After an assessment, we open A Shiksha Vikas Kendra in the tribal village where people are unaware of government schemes. We hire a local teacher. The required equipment, objects, food, and other essential things are made available and distributed to the kids and the school. Aspirant education runs 101 schools serving 4000 kids every year.
Global health crisis and, as per the Government protocol, centre-based education was not achievable. As an alternative teaching approach, group-based teaching (4-5 kids) in open areas near the homes. Arranged across the intervention blocks of the districts and adopted during the period. Around 400 children were educated through altered methods to soothe the learning loss and provided with self-learning educational materials for continuity of learning at home. More than 200 families sensitized to COVID-19. As COVID-19 cases rise further in their second wave, The Government of India announced a lockdown order to diminish the transmission of Covid-19. As a result of this lockdown, current group-based schooling support techniques in villages have also stopped temporarily. We have assured the tutors-kids connect. We re-organized the group-based education with alternative plans those include phone call support for parents and kids. Daily home visits, Online facility for educators for academic needs with safeguarding the health of all kids, educators, and tribes.

Himanshu is a 10-year-old boy studying at the Shiksha Vikas Kendra. His Father’s name is Hemant. he is a truck driver. Himanshu has been coming to the Shiksha Vikas Kendra for years. He enjoys learning English, Hindi, and Maths subjects.
The temporary stoppage of Shiksha Vikas Kendra because of the COVID-19 pandemic condition made him lose interest in his studies. He started being absent in the reorganized program of group-based schooling in villages. His Instructor Lalit looked at this during the group study. He visited his home and realized that he does not enjoy coming to group study. His parents requested Lalit to reach home a few times to prompt him towards going to group learning. Lalit went on with the same idea. He taught the Himanshu at home personally for some days and motivated him. Himanshu is regular now, and more passionate than before to participate in a group schooling atmosphere. Parents are happy with the group-based and phone call-based study system.
